Boretech's Physical Recycling Technology: Innovative Breakthroughs in the Compact Pre-washer and Mega Aspirator Series

2025-11-12

Currently, traditional physical recycling technology still faces several practical challenges: large factory footprint, high equipment energy consumption, and high investment and operational costs. Furthermore, issues of "leakage and spillage" during the production process not only affect the workshop environment but also impact the quality of the recycled materials. Addressing these pain points, Boretech's launched Compact Pre-washer and MegaAspirator series offer new solutions for the industry.

Compact Pre-washer:

Integrated Design Solving Traditional Dilemmas

The core advantage of the Boretech Compact Pre-washer lies in its high integration of four key functions – de-labeling, label separation, washing, and de-watering – into a single unit. Compared to traditional equipment, this integrated design significantly optimizes equipment layout, making the production line more compact, reducing the footprint by approximately 58%, and lowering total power consumption by 46. It truly achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement from both "space" and "energy consumption" perspectives.

In terms of material handling, the Pre-washer efficiently achieves precise separation of bottles, labels, caps, and neck rings, minimizing the loss of ancillary material value and providing higher quality bottle flakes for subsequent deep processing stages.

The Pre-washer also specifically tackles two long-standing industry pain points: Firstly, regarding "leakage and spillage" and workshop environment issues, the Pre-washer's special structural design effectively prevents this phenomenon, significantly improving the working environment. Secondly, addressing the challenge of low label processing efficiency, the Pre-washer achieves industry-leading processing capacity, with a de-labeling rate of up to 95% and a label separation rate reaching 99%. Even hard-to-handle "full-sleeve" labeled bottles can yield stable, high-quality 3A grade flakes.

Furthermore, the Pre-washer is equipped with optimally designed patented cutters that strictly control raw material loss to within 1%, with a cutter lifespan capable of handling up to 8,000 tons of material. The self-cleaning label separation device effectively prevents clogging, ensuring continuous and stable production operation.

Mega Aspirator Series:

Efficient Separation, Enhancing Quality and Profitability

The Boretech Mega Aspirator series efficiently separates labels, dust, and free-flowing impurities from bottle flakes, ensuring the purity of the finished product. Compared to traditional aspirators, its multi-channel design increases processing throughput while significantly reducing flake loss, achieving a label removal rate of up to 99% with less than 1% misplacement of bottle flakes.

Simultaneously, the Mega Aspirator series can quickly optimize operating parameters through various means according to different raw material characteristics and effectively separates "sinking labels," ensuring stable and reliable sorting performance.

Thanks to its innovative structural design and core technology, the Mega Aspirator series has obtained relevant patents. This technological innovation not only reduces production costs and operational risks but also significantly enhances finished product quality and market competitiveness, delivering higher economic benefits for customer production lines.

In the future, with Boretech's continuous technological iterations, physical recycling will bid farewell to the old era of "high consumption and low efficiency" and usher in a new phase that is smarter, greener, and offers greater commercial value. Boretech remains committed to its technology-centric approach, providing solid support for the innovation of the plastic recycling industry.
