Bottle to Bottle
GDS is a professional manufacturer of PET sheet
extrusion. Its head office is located in Dubai and the production workshop is
in Lagos, Nigeria.
GDS uses PET flakes to produce PET sheet regularly.
Introduced by friends in the recycling industry, they approached BoReTech to
supply them with a total solution for PET bottle recycling line. The input capacity of this project is 1500
kg/hr. With years of recycling experience and based on the PET bottle bale
composition in Nigeria, BoReTech’s team provided a customized washing proposal,
a complete PET bottle recycling solution, and equipment based on the customer’s
actual needs.
The installation and commissioning of this project
PET bottle washing line was completed in Jan.2021. The annual capacity of PET
flakes is about 10,000 tons, mainly used in PET sheet production.
Boretech dispatched engineers to customer site
despite the epidemic situation, the customer highly praised BoReTech engineers
for their professionalism and service spirit.
GDS is preparing for the next step in the PET
bottle recycling industry, cooperating with BoReTech. They are going to expand
the capacity of the PET washing line firstly for its PET sheet production.
Secondly, they also plan to recycle PET flakes for food grade application. BoReTech is looking forward to cooperating
with GDS again.
