Zhejiang Boretech Environmental Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Boretech") was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province. As a next-generation environmental engineering company, Boretech specializes in the integration of recycled polyester resources and advanced technologies.

In 2015, Boretech strengthened its engineering capabilities and technical expertise, achieving comprehensive integration of resources and technologies across the recycled polyester industry chain. Beyond PET bottle recycling and washing systems, the company provides a complete set of plastic recycling and washing solutions, covering hard plastics (such as HDPE and PP), flexible films (LDPE), PET trays, PP food containers, as well as chemical recycling, waste fiber recovery, and MES solutions. Leveraging the group's industrial strengths and over three decades of synthetic fiber production experience, Boretech offers well-established polyester staple fiber and textile equipment solutions, along with comprehensive fiber production processes. In response to the growing demand for recycled plastics, the company also provides PET bottle-to-bottle (B2B) equipment supply and engineering services.

Boretech has more than 30 years of expertise in PET bottle recycling and possesses industry-leading washing technology, ensuring high-quality recycled flakes that meet stringent standards for applications such as fine-denier filament and food-grade packaging (including bottle-grade rPET). The company's innovative ES Process reduces factory space requirements by 25%, lowers overall energy consumption by 13%, and improves filtration performance in downstream pelletizing by 25%. This process is characterized by "Four Highs and Two Lows": high automation and digitalization, high yield rate, high cost-efficiency, and high product quality, while requiring low labor input and maintaining low production costs—providing customers with a competitive, high-quality production solution.

Boretech's newly developed PET tray recycling solution has successfully overcome four major industry technical challenges: high-density material compressed, excessive adhesive labels, low yield rate and high inpurity content, achieving an industry-leading yield rate exceeding 80%. This solution achieves a material loss rate of less than 20%, setting an industry benchmark with its low waste, high yield, and superior quality.

To date, Boretech has over 310 self-developed plastic recycling and washing systems in operation worldwide, recycling more than 5.8 million tons of rPET flakes annually.
