TOYOTA TSUSHO PET BOTTLE TO BOTTLE RECYCLING WASHING LINE IN JAPAN

The project owner is a Fortune 500 Japanese company, mainly focusing on automobile-related business. The project is a 6t/h PET bottle recycling machine with a designed annual output of 25,000 tons, and the downstream is a food-grade B2B application.

In response to the characteristics of Japanese bottle materials with many heat-shrinkable labels and multi-layer bottles in winter, as much as possible to remove labels and nylon films, we selected cyclone label removal and separation equipment at the end of the PET recycling machinery. The customer takes responsibility for this project's water control system, including design, purchase, and manufacturing. BoReTech is responsible for the integration of the system into the PET bottle recycling machine and provides some auxiliary equipment.

Given the project operation and implementation of project management in the Japanese market recently, the project has been very smooth from start-up to delivery. The biggest problem was that we could not dispatch engineers to the customer's factory to guide the installation because of the epidemic. Fortunately, based on the experience of previous Japanese projects, the installation instructions were continuously improved, and the installation progress meeting and review work are held regularly with the customer every day. Faced with such a vast project with an intricate control system, the customer installed it under the remote guidance of BoReTech, and the equipment ran steadily. They completed the installation work in January 2022, and the equipment was commissioned and started in February. It is now officially running steadily.
