TEIJIN POLYESTER PET Flake Washing Recycling Line

TEIJIN POLYESTER started in 1918. The Thailand factory of TEIJIN is mainly engaged in the production and sales of polyester staple fibers. With the popularization and promotion of environmental protection, the demand for recycled materials has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years. In addition to polyester staple fibers, Teijin Group's request for polyester filament recycled materials has also increased significantly. The Teijin factory in Thailand found us through Teijin's Japan headquarters and BoReTech Japan. After learning that BoReTech has provided customized PET bottle recycling lines for many Fortune 500 companies in Japan, and these projects have been running steadily, they soon decided to cooperate with us.

The project is a PET flake washing line with an input capacity of 1 ton per hour, and the customers mainly use it to wash C-flakes in Thailand. According to the characteristics of local raw materials and customer needs, typical hot washing, friction washing, dehydration, and pneumatic conveying processes are arranged in the flake processing line. The rPET flakes after secondary wash can be directly used in the chemical fiber factory to produce polyester fiber and sell it.

Under the epidemic situation, it is inconvenient for BoReTech to arrange for engineers to go to the customer's factory to guide the installation. So we had to rely on remote online guidance to carry out the installation and commission. The project will be commissioned and put into production in July 2022. Through this project, BoReTech has successfully entered the Teijin Group's suppliers and is looking forward to the next cooperation with Teijin.
