STIL has a greenfield project - Setting up of a Green Fiber project to manufacture polyester staple fiber (PSF) by recycling of pet bottles, set up at Baddi (Himachal Pradesh). It has set up the capacity of 120 MT/Day recycled fiber of manufacture Raw White & Black Recycled Fiber. Boretech is responsible for providing the design, production, installation, and commissioning guidance of the waste

The customer wants to make the fiber in house to have proper quality control and reduce the raw material cost. he found BoReTech introduced by an expert in the recycling industry. After several communications. BoReTech’s team provided a customized proposal based on the customer’s actual needs.



The line is configured with a semi-continuous dryer with a special design to have minimum material and color change over time. The DSC system would adapt high automation to the line to have minimum manpower and fiber quality control. The installation and commissioning of this project have been completed in Nov.2020. The customer highly praised BoReTech engineers for their professionalism and service spirit. STIL showed his willingness to cooperate in POY and DTY projects in the future with Boretech.
