LNJ PET Bottle Recycling line in India

Recently, Boretech signed a contract with LNJ GREENPET (hereinafter referred to as "LNJ"), a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy Limited in India. Boretech will provide a food-grade PET bottle recycling and cleaning system for LNJ's largest recycled PET resin project in the Rajasthan region of India. Boretech offers its new-generation ES process, which enables high-quality production of food-grade recycled PET through an efficient, energy-saving, stable and reliable process.

The project is located in Rajasthan, with a total investment of 7.5 billion Indian rupees (approximately 632 million yuan), covering an area of 95 acres and is expected to create 750 job opportunities. The project is scheduled to be officially put into production in September 2026, with the capacity to recycle 20 million PET bottles annually (400 to 500 tons per day) and produce 100,000 tons of food-grade recycled PET resin per year.

The ES process of Boretech takes high modularization and process integration as its core, and enhances its performance through intelligence, achieving an effect of 1+1>2. In terms of floor space, the ES process reduces the area by nearly 1/4 compared with traditional process solutions, greatly helping customers reduce the investment in land and factory construction. At the same time, the pulse washing process in the ES process has excellent cleaning ability, which can effectively remove impurities in the bottle flakes, and the residual chemicals are almost zero. The bottle flakes after hot washing can improve the filtration performance of the subsequent granulation by 25%, ensuring the output of high-quality recycled PET bottle flakes. These bottle flakes are not only suitable for bottle-to-bottle production but also meet the strict production requirements of superfine denier fibers. Thanks to the highly automated design, while improving efficiency, the ES process reduces the on-line labor demand by 1/3 compared with traditional processes, optimizes the unit production energy consumption, and significantly reduces the production cost. In addition, guided by environmental protection and sustainability, the equipment reduces the energy consumption per ton of finished products by 13.3% through the on-line fine filtration of chemical water.

India is a key market in Boretech's global layout. We have been deeply engaged in the local market and have been committed to promoting sustainable development. The successful implementation of the LNJ project marks that Boretech has once again successfully entered the Indian food-grade recycled PET market, further consolidating our leading position in the PET recycling field.

In the future, we will continue to focus on the Indian market, cooperate with more local enterprises, promote the technological upgrading of the PET recycling industry, contribute to the sustainable development of the global recycled resource industry, and jointly create a more environmentally friendly and efficient circular economy system.
