Boretech New Equipment on PET Bottle Recycling System

BoReTech launched a new design of functional equipment of PET bottle washing line，Heat-Shrinkage Label Scrapping Machine and Bale Breaker at the beginning of 2021，which has been improved product performance and service life.

Bale Breaker(SA series)

•       Large capacity:  12 ton/h;

•       Hydraulic opening, convenient for daily maintenance;

•       De-baling density: 450kg-500kg/m ³;

•       To detect pressure automatically and adjust shaft speed;

Heat-Shrinkage Label Scrapping Machine

•       Label scrapping rate:  ~95%;

•       Bottle breaking rate: ＜6%;

•       Changeable wear-resistant plates;

•       Water flushing;
