This PP tray（lunch
box）recycling
system with a 2000kg/h input capacity is located in Jiangxi, China. The customer mainly researches and
develops environmental protection technology for plastics products. In the past
six years, It
has developed and promoted more than 180,000 tons of recycled plastic pellets
and applied them to more than 30 industries. The company has consistently
promoted the recycling of recycled plastics with technology and innovation to
protect the environment.
The customer got to
know BoReTech through industry meetings. BoReTech communicated and discussed with customers
according to the actual collected waste pp plastics condition and visited the
relevant engineering projects together. Finally, BoReTech designed this customized PP lunch box washing
process and solution.
Relying on the
R&D advantages and production experience of BoReTech, and the customer’s
professional polymer background support, this project solved the PP hot washing
problem of suspension, removed the rPP odor, and reduced the PP fines during
the production to enhance the PP yield rate.
The project
completed its commissioning in December 2021 and officially started in 2022,
which has been running smoothly and brought considerable economic benefits to
customers. The recycled PP quality is for high-end applications with
high-quality characteristics, fewer black spots, lower odor, and high
transparency. It has been used in high-end application markets such as daily
chemical packaging, auto parts, and non-woven fabrics to enhance the market
competitiveness for the customer.
