Description

[Compact Footprint] Eco-spin occupies 1,298㎡, compared to traditional semi-continuous drying systems (2,755㎡), reducing floor space by nearly 50% and cutting construction costs by 40%.
[Low Energy Consumption] Eco-spin saves 80 kWh per ton of fiber ≈ ¥90. Annual savings reach 792,000 kWh ≈ ¥891,000.
[Improved Quality] Equipped with a vacuum system, it effectively removes moisture, impurities, and small-molecule monomers from the melt, significantly enhancing ash removal and producing fibers with brighter color.
