We did a great job in 2020, the R&D department developed the new design of functional equipment for the PET recycling system which has made performance enhancements and improvements. The following introduction of the equipment for you to understand our processing.

1.    HEAT-SHRINKAGE LABEL SCRAPPING MACHINE

It is applied to the label removal section of the PET bottle recycling line. It is suitable for removing labels for bottle balers and uncompressed bottles with a volume of 250-2500 ml. It is easy to replace blades and prolong the service life of spare parts. The input capacity can reach 4000 kg/h and the label separation rate is over 95%.

2.    HYDRO WASHER

The new design of Hydro Washer is to improve the rinsing efficiency of traditional vertical rinsing equipment, which with a footprint of only 3 ㎡. It is adopted a high-speed cleaning mode and internal special design structure to effectively remove impurities and additives residing on the surface of plastic flakes. It is efficient and stable in operation, easy to manufacture and maintain.

3.    MULTI-CHANNEL ZIG-ZAG

The multi-channel ZIG-ZAG separator is used to collect the PET fines and suspended small Impurities for the PET bottle recycling production line. It is separated through multiple channels by negative pressure to improve the separation rate. When the collected dust bag is fully loaded, it will be sent out an alarm to remind operator to replace.

4.    PACKING STATION (DOUBLE-POSITIONS)

It is suitable for PET flakes and recycled polyester pellets filling in PET bottle recycling factories, automatic quantification by PLC setting, continuous filling between double stations which can reach automatic reset, and maximize the density of packages by automatic shaking system.

5.    POLYMER PURITY TESTER

Polymer purity tester was developed to detect the cleanliness of recycled PET flakes, and determine the cleanliness of the flakes according to the throughput of PET melt. It can collect the current, pressure, temperature, rotation speed, weighing measurement and other data of the equipment in real time and automatically generate a report.
