Description : The Process is used to recycle the material which the quality is not stable. The bottle prewashing process is divided into three steps. First, wash the bottle with dirty water; Second, wash the bottle with chemical water which is circulated; Flash the bottle with clean water which is collected from the rinsing unit. The process can be adjustable to fit dirty and clean bottles to get high quality flakes. The process is as below:

Our pre-washing process can make PVC become distinguishable. But the efficiency of labors in bottle sorting unit is important. Colored PET flake: Should be less than 20 ppm. But it should depend on efficiency of bottle sorting labors.
