Flakes Quality Criteria: Size: 1 mm ~ 12 mm Humidity: ≤ 1.5 % PE, PP: ≤ 20 ppm Paper, Wood: ≤ 20 ppm Glues/Hot melts: ≤ 20 ppm Organics: ≤ 20 ppm Inorganic particles: ≤ 20 ppm Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals: ≤ 20 ppm PVC: ≤ 30 ppm. Our pre-washing process can make PVC become distinguishable. But the efficiency of labors in bottle sorting unit is important. Colored PET flake: Should be less than 20 ppm. But it should depend on efficiency of bottle sorting labors.
